As the costs associated with family life in WA rise some parents may find themselves struggling to afford expenses associated with school and other activities.

The Schoolkids Bonus remains in place for 2016 but we are aware that there are times when the ‘back to school’ costs of technology, uniforms, books etc. can prove a struggle.

Mercy Care’s No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS) therefore may provide an avenue of support for some of our community members as it provides individuals and families on low incomes access to loans of between $100 and $1,200. There are no fees, no interest and no charges and each client has a repayment plan designed around their own financial circumstances.
