Congratulations to three of our Year 9/10 Deaf students who won the National $20 Boss Unleashed Awards!

Hannah Green, Kelly Tran and Tasha Moore-Grant were the worthy winners who were flown to Melbourne for the finals and to accept the award. These awards support students who design a business, design and make products and then donate the profits to charity. The emphasis is on being positive, and making a social, economic or environmental contribution to the world. The girls designed and developed dog-friendly biscuits and scarves and all the proceeds of their entrepreneurial efforts were then donated to the Shenton Park Dog’s Refuge.
