Congratulations to the Shenton College students who participated in the 2015 British Parliamentary Debating Competition this weekend.

The student teams were:

• Saskia Willinge & Georgia Ngo,
• Natasha Tonga & Paris Javid,
• Xavier Hill Wilson & Keisha Hewitt,
• Morgan Crockett & Michelle Lam

and Laura Gunning as coach.

Particular congratulations to Morgan, Michelle, Xavier and Keisha who achieved strong results and have progressed to the Semi Finals as two of the top 8 teams from over 60 teams across Perth, Mandurah, Bunbury and Albany.

The Semi Finals will be held at UWA on the evening of Tuesday 22nd September. Natasha and Paris were also highly commended and are reserves for the Semi Finals. Well done to all teams and best wishes for the Semi Finals!
