CO2 Dragsters- National winners- Shenton College

In a time of technology and with the pressing need for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) as an education focus , Shenton College has continued to support the National competition for CO2 Dragsters.
The National finals were held in Queensland this year after a strong WA performance form Private and Public schools. …. And the results are now through.

WA’s best Cat A – Lewis Schofield – St Stephens School
WA’s best Cat B – Makz Alexander – Christ Church Grammar School – 2nd place
WA’s best Cat C – Megan Woods – Badgingarra Primary School
WA’s best Cat D – Kieran McCabe – Mandurah Catholic College
And Australia’s best Outlaw – Corey Heron – Shenton College

Asher Copland from Shenton College has won the Outlaw Category.

The Outland category recognises the overall fastest machine- the is STEM in real life. Provide practical, real life examples of education and students will engage and perform.
