Daily Attendance
All students are expected to attend classes according to their timetable. Al students are required to provide a written explanation (signed by a parent/guardian) for any absence.
Absence notes are the be given by the student to their Mentor/Form Teacher on the day of return.
Where an absence is likely to be extended beyond a single day, parents are requested to notify the school as early as possible by telephone of letter. Even when it is only a day's absence a phonecall is appreciated.
Students who arrive late for school must sign in at the middle/senior school office - this includes students who arrive after recess, after an appointment etc. Students should have a note to explain the reason for this lateness.
Students who are terminating their enrolment are required to notify the school of their intentions at least three days prior to departure and complete a clearance form available from the middle/senior school office.
