The involvement of parents and community members with expertise to offer will be encouraged.

Year 11 and 12 students are expected to regularly participate in chosen activities, organised at convenient times.  Links with UWA Sports options are incorporated into this  program.

The aim is to encourage students to take responsibility for their fitness and thereby gain an improvement in self-esteem, body image and overall ability to cope with the increasing pressures of being a teenager and young adult. In this technological age the importance of being physically active must not be overlooked.

Staff  are also encouraged to participate in the program.
