IMMUNISATION SCHEDULE for female students in Year 10, 11 & 12

The Commonwealth Government is funding the cervical cancer vaccine, Gardasil for girls and women aged 12 to 26 years old from 2007. Hence our year 10, 11 & 12 female students will receive three doses this year of the vaccination, given at 0, 2 and 6-month intervals.

Two doses have already occurred and the details for the third vaccination (by intramuscular injection) are:

Yr 10 & 11 Tuesday 25^th September & Wednesday 26^th September

Yr 12 Tuesday 16^th October

Students who are not present on the dates listed above will be given alternative catch-up dates at various clinics.
